2. EXCHANGE AVAILABLE ONLY ON FOLLOWING TERMS: a) PRODUCT DELIVERED IS DEFECTED. 

                b) CUSTOMER HAS NOT RECEIVED THE 

                   THE SAME PRODUCT THAT WAS ORDERED.

Cancellation Policy:

1. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on the “cancel order” option against the order number that you want to cancel.
